Careers at CWT: Tony

Tony initially joined CWT as a travel counsellor, responsible for training arrangements in a mixed account team. There, he found a passion for learning & development. He got the opportunity to pursue this passion when his manager picked up on it, and gave him responsibility for onboarding new employees. A few years later, Tony now works for RoomIt by CWT, focusing on onboarding, developing online training programs, and improving communication and awareness of all things hotel-related.
